Is Coppel Access available in México and the United States?

In the USA, Coppel Access is a mobile wallet to manage your money, and you can easily send money to Mexico or to other accounts in the United States. In Mexico, your family can receive money directly to a bank account or collect it in person at more than 10,000 locations, such as more than 1,250 BanCoppel locations, Telecomm, Waldos, and many more.

Why is using Coppel Access better than paying in cash?

If you lose your debit card, you can log into Coppel Access to freeze the card, preventing anyone from spending your money, and request a new card. What documents do I need to open my Coppel Access account?

We accept one of the following valid photo identifications:

Mexican Matricula Consular.
Mexican Voting ID (INE).
Valid Mexican, US, Honduran, Guatemalan, Salvadoran, or Nicaraguan Passport.
United States State Driver's License.
United States State Photo ID.

You will also need to provide your name, contact information, physical address in the United States, ITIN, or SSN (optional), and a selfie in order to register.

How much does it cost to maintain an account with Coppel Access?
